Neubit detects and treats stress related states

THE COMPANY

Established in 2020, Neubit products and solutions help people in managing stress and building resilience through biofeedback training.

We are passionate about using design and technology to help patients regain control of their lives. Our approach is centered on aiding clinics in treating more patients without adding extra personnel. By doing so, we enable clinics to offer better care. Together, we help save families and reduce costs for society.

The guiding principal of Neubit operations is to produce actionable knowledge from individual physiological data that can be used to guide and change an individual’s behaviour and actions in the direction of defined goals.

OUR APPROACH

Detecting and Treating Stress and Stress Related States by Monitoring and Regulating Autonomous Nervous System

We explore new and user-friendly methods to incorporate advanced neuroscience, AI, and engineering for the detection and treatment of cravings. Our primary focus is on the regulation of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) using haptic biofeedback and AI pattern analysis.

Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) determines emotions and our perception of present state. ANS biosignals are a window to monitor the psychophysical state of individual. ANS disregulation is common characteristic of many mental and neurological disorders e.g. mood-, attention- and addiction disorders. Regulation of ANS relieves many symptoms related to mental and neurological health problems.

Biofeedback is the method to monitor and regulate ANS

Biofeedback is a self‐regulation technique through which individuals learn how to modify their physiology for the purpose of improving physical, mental, and emotional health.

Biofeedback provides insight into physiological functions, including breathing, and helps people become aware of their internal processes. It helps in understanding that the mind and body are inextricably intertwined.

OUR VISION

New DTx service to bring alcohol recovery treatment outside of the clinic

We are adapting our proven approach to create a mobile DTx service that can support recovering alcoholics outside of a clinical setting. The service is not a comprehensive alcohol abuse therapy system, but rather is intended to supplement existing clinic services and improve effectiveness while reducing staff workload. By providing real-time biofeedback, the service aims to help individuals with alcohol addiction develop self-regulation skills and maintain their recovery in a more flexible and accessible manner.
